We arrange an introduction to a licensed local agent for Tauranga and Western Bay enquiries. We do not send your request to competing agents or ask them to bid for it. There is no obligation to appoint the introduced agent.
You and the agent receive the handover details.
The assigned agent receives the contact and property-enquiry details you submitted. You receive an email introducing the agent with direct phone, email and profile links. A response time is not guaranteed.
The agent must identify itself and explain its collection.
The agent receives your information indirectly from Plan To Sell My Home. Unless a lawful exception applies, IPP3A requires the agent to notify you as soon as reasonably practicable, including who it is, why it collected the information, who may receive it, where it is held and how you can access or correct it.
A conversation is not an appointment.
You do not have to use the introduced agent. Check their licence, ask how they work and compare proposals before signing an agency agreement.
