Who operates this service

Plan To Sell My Home is operated by Lightning Developments Limited during this trial. It initially collects and holds contact requests. You may ask for access, correction or deletion of information held about you.

Information saved in your browser

Your Selling Plan answers, calculator figures, checklist progress, agent comparison and offer comparison are stored in LocalStorage on your device. A short partner or campaign code may be kept in SessionStorage so a submitted callback can be attributed to the source that introduced you. This information is not automatically sent to Plan To Sell My Home or an agent.

Your anonymous-statistics choice is also stored in LocalStorage. Google Analytics loads only if you select Allow statistics. It receives page and interaction statistics, but not your Selling Plan answers, calculator figures or contact-form contents. Advertising signals and personalised advertising are disabled.

You can remove browser-local information by clearing this site's stored data in your browser. Individual tools also provide reset controls where applicable.

Information sent with a contact request

The form collects your name, phone number, property area, likely timeframe, preferred call time, optional email and optional notes. It also records the page used, submission time, consent version, unique submission ID and any validated partner or campaign code that introduced you. These details are collected to understand the request, prevent duplicate sending, select a suitable licensed agent, arrange the requested contact and measure which approved sources produce useful enquiries.

A partner source does not receive your form details or gain portal access merely because its code was recorded. Providing the form information is voluntary and is not required by law. If you do not provide the required details and consent, the website cannot arrange an agent response.

Optional seller education emails

The callback form has a separate, unticked choice for a short Plan To Sell My Home education series. If you select it and provide an email address, Plan To Sell My Home records the wording version, source page and time of your choice. The planned series contains one useful guide or tool about every three days for up to 21 days.

This choice is not required for a callback. You can stop the optional series at any time using the clear exit or unsubscribe link in every email. Stopping the series does not cancel necessary messages about a callback or agent introduction you requested.

Who receives and uses it

Plan To Sell My Home may share the request with one suitable licensed local agent for the purpose of responding to you. It is not sold through an auction, published, or silently added to an agent CRM. Saved plans and calculator results are not included.

When an agent collects your information indirectly

If Plan To Sell My Home passes your request to an agent, that agent receives personal information from Plan To Sell My Home rather than directly from you. This is indirect collection under Information Privacy Principle 3A (IPP3A), which took effect on 1 May 2026.

Unless a lawful exception applies, the agent must take reasonable steps to notify you as soon as reasonably practicable after receiving the information. Its notice must identify the information collected, why it was collected, the intended recipients, the name and address of the agency collecting and holding it, any law authorising or requiring the collection, and your rights to access and correct it.

Because the receiving agent is not known when you submit the form, this website cannot give you all of that agent-specific information in advance. Plan To Sell My Home requires a receiving agent to provide its own IPP3A notice. The agent should not treat this general notice as a substitute for identifying itself and its information-handling details.

Storage and retention

Contact requests are held in the email systems used to deliver and receive the notification. Reasonable safeguards are used to protect them. Information is kept only while it is needed to arrange and record the requested response, resolve any issue, or meet a legal obligation.

Your choices and rights

You may ask whether Plan To Sell My Home holds personal information about you, request a copy, ask for a correction, or ask for deletion where the information is no longer required. You may also withdraw from the contact process before an agent is introduced.
